About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive, sharp, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Director and support the leadership office in driving operational efficiency and business coordination.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Director, helping manage priorities, coordinate across departments, and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives within a fast-growing Food & Beverage business.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Office Management
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules with high efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure the Director’s time is optimized by prioritizing tasks and managing follow-ups.
Business & Strategic Support
- Prepare business reports, presentations, MIS reports, and briefing documents for meetings and decision-making.
- Track key business initiatives and ensure progress through coordination with internal teams.
- Support the Director in analyzing operational data and preparing insights when required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with departments such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Vendor Management.
- Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and completion of assigned projects.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft professional emails, internal communications, and official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain highly organized documentation, reports, and business records.
- Record meeting minutes and track action items to ensure execution.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in planning leadership meetings, business visits, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders when required.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the Director’s office.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar leadership support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage priorities independently.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital productivity tools.
Preferred Background
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or founders.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
