Finance Manager

Position Summary (Briefly summarise position's purpose or role) :

Responsible for running the whole Finance function, including planning and controlling, cash management, management accounts, quarterly budget forecasts and all matters relating to Corporate Finance

· Good leading and supervising of Accounts/Finance team.

· Ensure branch / division follows the standard operating procedures.

· Manage fund flow and cash / bank transactions.

· Verification and authorization of transactions / payment.

· Monthly budgeting, cash flows & forecasting, including analysis of the results and presentation to the management.

· Ensure business and operational compliance with regulatory standards and procedures.

· Compliance with all required statutory obligations on behalf of the company.

· Manage funding, in coordination with the Accounts Department, and as per ceiling fixed.

· Manage all reports – day end for the Management.

· Interact & co-ordinate with the Internal / External Auditors.

· Prepare financial reports for the company - till finalization

· Timely reporting to Management regarding the financial affairs of the company.

· Production of annual audited financial statements.

· Provide value added financial and management information to enable measurement of the business and decision making by senior management.

· Ensure sound financial controls, procedures and policies are in place to enable accurate and consistent reporting.

· Ensure creating a good culture and healthy work environment.

· Preparing Monthly P&L for MIS reporting

· Preparing Projections for Financial institution for facility.

· Prepare required documents and reply for the tax assessment notices/orders etc.

Experience and Skills (Technical and Soft skills necessary to perform the job competently) :

· 6+ years of post-qualification experience

· Good Knowledge of corporate laws

· Good working knowledge of computerized accounting

· Good verbal & written communication skills.

· Leadership skills & highly presentable.

· Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

· Team Leader and good team player.

· Analytical skills

· Must be able to thrive in a fast-pace setting

Pay: ₹18,236.30 - ₹80,000.00 per month
