Role Focus:
The role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner closely with business and client
stakeholders while ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience. The ideal candidate will
balance business requirements, client expectations, and employee satisfaction, while driving people
initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role operates in a matrix environment and requires
the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders, teams, and reporting lines.
Job Description (not limited to):
- Act as a strategic HR partner for the GCC vertical, aligning with Business Heads, HR leadership,
and CoEs to deliver HR outcomes.
- Drive core HR programs including performance management, employee engagement, and talent
development.
- Partner with Account Managers to provide visibility into people issues and proactively flag any
potential impact on client engagement.
- Ensure all people-related decisions are legally compliant and aligned with company policies, while
advising business and delivery managers on sensitive employee issues and client-impacting
situations.
- Partner with HR CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Client Success, L&D, Compliance & more) to implement
people programs effectively, including payroll inputs, offer negotiations, and ensuring fair and
consistent application of HR policies.
- Handle employee relations matters with fairness, transparency, and legal compliance.
- Lead employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyse feedback, and partner with
stakeholders to design and implement action plans.
- Support cultural alignment between client expectations and Systems Plus values.
- Navigate and deliver outcomes in a matrix structure by collaborating across multiple teams,
geographies, and reporting lines.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5–6 years of experience as HRBP, should have worked as HR in OD/captive/client handling/GCC
environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders
effectively.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people metrics, resolve conflicts,
and recommend actions.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
priorities simultaneously.
- Mature, adaptable, and able to make balanced decisions while working independently or
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
