Position: Maintenance In-Charge – Electrical
Department: Maintenance / Facilities
Location: Karimnagar - Telangana
Reporting To: Facility Manager / Administration Head

Required Qualification
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering – preferred.
- B.Tech/B.E. Electrical candidates may also be considered for senior requirements.
- Valid electrical/supervisor certification or license, wherever legally required, will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance/facility maintenance.
- Experience in maintaining large buildings, campuses, institutions, factories, residential communities, hotels, hospitals, temples, ashrams or commercial facilities will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting
- LT electrical panels and distribution boards
- MCB/MCCB/ELCB/RCCB
- Motors and pumps
- DG/UPS systems
- Lighting systems
- Earthing and electrical safety
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Electrical tools and testing equipment
- Basic MS Excel/maintenance reporting
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
