Job Description:
This role is the backbone of our day-to-day office experience — keeping operations smooth, employees supported, and the workplace running at its best. We are seeking an admin executive to manage day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, resilience and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Office Administration:-
Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.

Ensure office facilities, including lights, air conditioners and other essential infrastructure, are operational and functioning properly every day. You will need to liaise with the 2 office boys and the building facilities team for this.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs as required.

Office Inventory & Procurement Management:

Maintain and monitor office inventory, including stationery, pantry supplies and other day-to-day office essentials.

Manage inventory of company merchandise and branding materials such as T-shirts, mugs, diaries, welcome kits, and other office items.

Raise and track orders for office supplies and other requirements.
- Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and vendor details.

Travel & Business Bookings:

Coordinate and manage all business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa, hotel reservations, local transportation, and related logistics.

Support employees and leadership with travel-related requirements and documentation.

Event Coordination:

Plan, organize, and coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, celebrations, meetings, and other company gatherings. Partner with the Employee Experience team as needed.

Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, procurement, and execution to ensure successful events.
Requirements for the Role:

2–4 years of experience in Office Administration, HR Administration, Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, or a related role.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience managing office operations, inventory, vendor coordination, and business travel arrangements.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Basic knowledge of office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PPT

Comfortable working from the office five days a week.
