Position: Sales Executive – Direct Marketing
Role Summary
The Sales Executive – Direct Marketing is responsible for generating leads, promoting company offerings directly to customers, and achieving sales targets through field marketing and direct interaction. The role focuses on building customer relationships and increasing revenue through proactive sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Lead Generation:
- Conduct field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Approach potential customers directly and promote company products/services
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively
Promotions & Campaigns:
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events
- Distribute marketing materials and create awareness
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, operations, and follow-ups
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
