About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in the EdTech or Education industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both online and offline marketing, lead generation, branding, and student acquisition strategies.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns, managing offline promotional activities, driving student enrollments, improving brand visibility, and achieving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Generate quality student leads while optimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Improve website traffic through SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages.
- Execute email marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and automation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Search Console.
- Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop monthly social media marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content calendars.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Monitor online reputation and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative campaigns.
Content Marketing
- Plan blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and website content.
- Ensure SEO-friendly content across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate video marketing campaigns.
- Develop promotional brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Website Management
- Coordinate website updates with developers.
- Improve website speed and user experience.
- Optimize landing pages for higher lead conversions.
- Monitor website performance and analytics.
Offline Marketing
- Plan seminars, workshops, education fairs, and career guidance sessions.
- Organize college campus drives and promotional events.
- Coordinate roadshows and student engagement activities.
- Manage branding activities including banners, standees, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Build relationships with engineering colleges, universities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Support franchise and branch-level marketing activities.
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
- Generate quality student leads through multiple marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Sales teams.
- Improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments.
Brand Management
- Develop branding strategies across online and offline platforms.
- Increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Manage PR activities and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand communication.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Monitor KPIs such as:

Team Management
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
