Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Renewal Sales manager to manage subscription renewals, drive client retention, and identify upselling opportunities across our cloud services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and execute timely renewals for GWS, Azure, and AWS service contracts.
· Maintain high customer retention rates by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
· Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service usage.
· Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
· Maintain accurate records of renewal activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
· Analyze customer usage patterns and provide insights to improve engagement and value realization.
· Educate clients on new features, service enhancements, and best practices.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly renewal and upsell targets.
