Job Summary
We are looking for a Regional Project Supervisor to manage and supervise solar installation projects across the assigned region. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing technicians and contractors, ensuring quality installation, timely project completion, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple solar project sites within the assigned region
- Plan and monitor daily project execution activities
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, electricians, and contractors
- Ensure proper installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, AC/DC cabling, earthing, and electrical works
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality as per company standards
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Manage manpower allocation and contractor coordination
- Track materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution
- Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports
- Ensure safety standards and proper work practices at sites
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of solar systems
- Handle customer coordination during installation and project completion
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy preferred
- ITI Electrical candidates with strong solar installation experience can also be considered
- Project management or site supervision experience preferred
Experience
- 3+ years experience in solar installation / electrical project execution
- Experience handling multiple sites and field teams preferred
- Knowledge of rooftop solar, inverter installation, electrical wiring, and commissioning
Pay: Up to ₹26,500.00 per month
