- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients for Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar, Solar EPC, and Open Access Solar projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, industry events, consultants, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial customers, government organizations, institutions, developers, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand customer energy requirements.
- Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Prepare quotations, project cost estimates, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value business deals.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project handover.
- Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, consultants, government agencies, DISCOMs, and financing institutions.
- Identify opportunities in Government Solar Tenders, Corporate PPAs, Open Access, Net Metering, and Captive Solar Projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Monitor project pipeline and ensure timely execution in coordination with internal departments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales data, CRM updates, MIS reports, and business forecasts.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, renewable energy forums, and industry networking events.
- Mentor and guide Business Development Executives and Sales Engineers to achieve team objectives.
- Stay updated on MNRE policies, state solar regulations, subsidy schemes, net metering policies, and industry developments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
