Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Insurance Operations team as Customer Success Trainees. The incumbent will support policyholders by assisting with policy servicing, renewals, claims coordination, customer queries, and relationship management to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy-related queries and requests.
- Support policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy servicing and claims follow-up.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
- Proactively engage customers for policy renewals and retention.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
