Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager Trainee with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT project management or project coordination. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and be familiar with Sprint Planning.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build and grow their career in IT Project Management while gaining hands-on experience working with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing IT projects
- Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders
- Participate in Sprint Planning and Agile ceremonies
- Track project progress and prepare status reports
- Support project documentation
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Required Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of Sprint Planning
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools
- IT background preferred
