Job Summary
Veritas In-Home Care is a premier US-based senior care agency. We are seeking a results-driven, highly focused Digital Marketing Specialist based in Chennai to own and accelerate our digital presence.
This is a specialized, hands-on role dedicated entirely to two core objectives: launching and optimizing high-performing US-based Google Ads campaigns, and independently producing engaging, visually compelling social media content. The ideal candidate does not just schedule posts or monitor budgets—they are a creative self-starter who knows how to generate high-quality inbound leads and write copy that resonates with families seeking care for their loved ones.
Core Responsibilities1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Lead Generation (Google & Meta Ads)
- Campaign Architecture: Design, setup, and launch targeted Google Ads (Search/Local) and Meta Ads campaigns specifically tailored to a US geographic audience.
- Continuous Optimization: Conduct ongoing keyword research, negative keyword management, A/B split testing for ad copy, and bid optimization to maximize ROI and lower cost-per-lead.
- Conversion Tracking: Ensure precise tracking is in place to measure phone calls, contact form submissions, and landing page conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics and deliver clear weekly reports on ad spend, click-through rates (CTR), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
2. Creative Content Production & Social Media Management
- Visual Asset Creation: Independently design high-quality, professional graphic assets and short-form video content using Canva to tell our brand story.
- Copywriting: Draft compelling, empathetic, and culturally resonant caption copy tailored to families and adult children navigating senior care options.
- Content Calendar Management: Own the publishing schedule across all primary channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), ensuring a consistent and active brand presence.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms that reflects our values of trust, reliability, and compassion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven PPC Expertise: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience actively managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts (experience targeting US-based regions or local service industries is highly preferred).
- Creative Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in Canva, with a strong eye for clean, modern layout, typography, and professional brand presentation.
- Exceptional Communication & Copywriting: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive, empathetic marketing copy.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, Word, and modern digital marketing tools.
- Self-Managed & Output-Driven: A disciplined professional who thrives in a highly independent role, respects project deadlines, and focuses strictly on measurable outcomes rather than tasks completed.
