The Franchise Coordinator serves as a vital link between the Head Office (HO), branches, and franchise units, ensuring consistent operations, compliance, and brand integrity across the network. This role encompasses administrative support, training facilitation, performance monitoring, and communication management to foster cohesive and efficient franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise On boarding and Documentation
Manage the end-to-end on boarding process for new franchisees, including application processing and agreement execution, full set up of franchise.
Ensure all franchisees receive and understand operational manuals, compliance guidelines, and brand standards.
Maintain accurate records of franchise agreements and related legal documents.
Training and Development
Organize and conduct initial and ongoing training programs for franchise staff, covering operational procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
Develop and update training materials to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure training aligns with overall organizational goals.
Operational Support and Compliance
Provide continuous support to franchisees, addressing operational challenges and queries.
Monitor franchise operations to ensure adherence to company policies, health regulations, and quality standards.
Implement corrective actions for non-compliance and facilitate regular audits.
Communication and Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison between the Head Office and franchise units, ensuring effective communication of updates, policies, and initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with franchise owners to promote collaboration and mutual success.
Organize regular meetings and feedback sessions to address concerns and share best practices.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and analyse franchise performance metrics, including sales figures, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Marketing and Brand Consistency
Assist franchisees in implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns developed by the Head Office.

Regulatory Compliance and Licensing
Ensure all franchise units obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications required for operation.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and communicate relevant information to franchisees.
Support franchisees in complying with legal and ethical standards specific to homeopathy practices
