HR Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The HR Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities for HR services such as recruitment, staffing, payroll management, HR outsourcing, compliance management, training, and consultancy services. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, market research, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR services
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and references
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
- Understand client hiring and HR requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for service delivery
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Attend business meetings, corporate events, and networking activities
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports

- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
