Job Summary
The Product Management Executive is responsible for supporting the development, marketing, and lifecycle management of Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products. The role involves market research, product positioning, promotional strategy, scientific communication, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans and product launch strategies for Ayurvedic products.
- Prepare promotional inputs such as visual aids, product brochures, leave-behind literature, digital content, and training materials.
- Coordinate with medical, regulatory, R&D, and sales teams for timely product launches and updates.
- Organize and conduct product training programs for field force and channel partners.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and market share, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop scientific presentations and product communication based on Ayurvedic literature and clinical evidence.
- Plan and execute doctor engagement activities, CMEs, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
- Ensure promotional materials comply with applicable regulatory and company guidelines.
- Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and product lifecycle management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Ayurveda (BAMS), Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, preferably in the Ayurvedic or herbal healthcare industry.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic formulations and therapeutic segments.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles and product management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to interpret sales data and market research reports.
- Project coordination and time management skills.
- Creativity in developing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
