Performance Marketing: Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns; Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram Ads; Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL); Monitor budgets and prepare weekly performance reports. Social Media Management: Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube; Create monthly content calendars; Publish engaging posts and reels; Respond to comments and messages when required. Content Creation: Write social media captions and blog articles; Create landing page content; Develop email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns; Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to improve productivity. Graphic Design: Design social media creatives using Canva; Create banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials; Ensure all creatives follow HMR's brand guidelines. Video Editing: Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar tools; Create client testimonial videos; Produce promotional videos for campaigns. Website & SEO: Update website content (WordPress or similar CMS); Perform basic on-page SEO; Publish blogs and optimize website pages; Monitor website performance. Lead Management: Track leads generated through ads and the website; Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; Analyze campaign performance; Suggest improvements based on data.
