Role Overview
The ERP Project Implementer at iProfit will work closely with new customers to support onboarding, implementation, and adoption of iProfit’s ERP solutions. This is a customer-facing, functional consulting role that involves understanding client business processes, configuring ERP solutions, delivering product training, and ensuring smooth go-live.
A successful Implementer is a motivated, customer-focused professional who can build strong relationships with clients and effectively teach them how to use a potentially complex software platform, even for users with minimal technical skills.
The role requires close collaboration with internal support and product and development teams to resolve issues and enable long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand approved business processes and implementation scope.
- Document configurations, solution setups, and implementation details.
- Map client requirements to iProfit ERP product features and recommend best-practice, configuration-driven solutions.
- Configure iProfit ERP modules as per approved solution design.
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: configuration, testing, UAT support, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and functional training for client users (virtual and/or on-site as required).
- Ensure successful onboarding, high product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform functional troubleshooting, issue replication, and root-cause analysis for customer-reported problems.
- Log and track customer issues using internal ticketing systems and follow defined escalation processes.
- Utilize internal knowledge base, user guides, and tools to resolve application and technical issues.
- Identify gaps between customer needs and iProfit product capabilities and communicate enhancement requests to Product team.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution and successful delivery.
- Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel.
- Support pre-sales with product demos and solution walkthroughs when required.
- Identify opportunities for additional modules, upgrades, and value-added services.
- Contribute to maintenance and continuous improvement of internal documentation and knowledge base.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in ERP implementation / functional consulting within a product or solution environment.
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting, HR, Payroll, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Project workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (mostly day trips).
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CA, M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent
- OR
- Relevant experience in ERP / Finance & Accounting / Business Software implementation.
Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in ERP product implementation or functional consulting.
- Direct experience handling IT company clients and MSME clients.
- Experience with SaaS / product-based ERP company preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
