Brand & Content Lead
Creative Diam is one of the world’s early pioneers in lab-grown diamonds, with fully solar-powered diamond growing and complete vertical integration from growing to polishing.
We are looking for a highly proactive, creative, and execution-oriented person who will think of the brand as their own.
This is not a basic “social media posting” role.
We want someone who lives and breathes branding, storytelling, content, aesthetics, and communication.
You will work directly with leadership and help shape how Creative Diam is presented to the world — online, offline, at exhibitions, and across customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Capture daily content inside the office, factory, and exhibitions
- Create and execute Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media content
- Come up with fresh ideas for reels, videos, campaigns, and storytelling
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
- Execute WhatsApp marketing and customer communication campaigns
- Help improve overall branding and presentation of the company
- Assist with exhibition branding, booth presentation, and marketing materials
- Work on brochures, presentations, catalogs, and brand communication
- Stay updated with content trends, luxury branding, and social media
- Take ownership and proactively suggest improvements across marketing activities
What We’re Looking For

- Strong aesthetic and branding sense
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital content
- Comfortable shooting videos/photos on phone or camera
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to execute ideas quickly
- Interest in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or branding is a plus
- Experience in content creation, branding, or marketing preferred
