The Horus Academy is a fast-growing trading and financial markets learning platform focused on practical market education, trading awareness and growth-driven learning experiences.
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented sales professional with experience in high-ticket B2C sales, lead conversion and client relationship management, preferably within education, financial services, trading or consulting-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students/leads regarding trading and financial market programs
- Handle high-ticket B2C sales discussions and lead conversion processes
- Explain course structure, learning outcome and program offerings effectively
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong client relationship management
- Support student onboarding and enrollment coordination
- Maintain lead tracking and sales pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding admissions and lead management
- Contribute to revenue growth and business development initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling lead conversion and follow-up coordination
- Interest or understanding of stock markets, trading or financial services preferred
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment
- Strong confidence in handling calls, consultations and sales discussions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation & Incentives:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives based on lead conversions and business performance
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2-3 years in high-ticket B2C sales Preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
