About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused HR Operations & HR Business Partner to join our People Team. This role combines operational excellence with employee partnership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both process management and working closely with employees and business leaders.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting employee engagement, performance, policy implementation, and overall people initiatives across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and HRIS updates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other employee movements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee letters including appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support HR audits and maintain HR documentation.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and people-related concerns.
- Partner with business leaders to understand team requirements and support people initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Support performance management cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Conduct regular employee connects and help improve employee experience.
- Identify employee concerns proactively and work towards timely resolution.
- Support policy communication and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
- Assist managers with people decisions and employee development discussions.
HR Projects
- Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Support organization-wide HR initiatives, events, and engagement programs.
- Contribute towards employer branding and employee communication initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to both HR Operations and HRBP responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, and HR documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience using HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience driving employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
