Key Responsibilities :-
- Procurement Execution: Source and procure food, beverages, F&B supplies, engineering parts, and housekeeping items.
- Vendor Management: Identify suppliers, negotiate competitive prices, secure favorable terms, and manage delivery schedules.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels across departments, prevent shortages, and avoid overstocking to minimize wastage.
- Cost Control: Ensure all purchases strictly adhere to approved budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Documentation & Compliance: Process Purchase Orders (POs), verify shipping invoices, and reconcile receiving reports in coordination with the accounting team.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Mgmt, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Skills: Strong vendor negotiation, critical cost analysis, attention to detail, and cross-departmental communication.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
