Job Summary
BabyOrgano is looking for a creative and experienced Team Lead – Graphic Designer who can manage a team of 4 to 5 designers and handle complete brand design activities. The candidate should have strong experience in packaging design, branding, and creative guideline management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 4 to 5 graphic designers.
Create innovative and attractive packaging designs for products.
Develop branding creatives according to company brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency in all brand visuals, packaging, and marketing materials.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams for creative requirements.
Review and finalize designs before production or publishing.
Handle product label designs, promotional creatives, brochures, banners, and social media creatives.
Maintain and improve the company’s visual identity and design standards.
Guide and support team members with creative ideas and design quality.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Packaging Design
Expertise in CorelDRAW
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of Branding & Brand Guidelines
Creative thinking and visualization skills
Team handling and leadership experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
5 to 7 years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Healthcare, or Baby Care industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Experience in handling print and packaging design projects.
Positive attitude with leadership qualities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
