What You'll Do
- Design logos, branding materials, social media creatives, and marketing collateral for client projects
- Work from client briefs to deliver polished, on-brand designs within deadlines
- Revise designs based on client/agency feedback
- Log hours worked and maintain consistent quality across projects
- Occasionally collaborate with our team on larger branding projects
What We Need From You
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and marketing collateral
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills for understanding briefs and incorporating feedback
- Vadodara-based candidates preferred, but open to remote talent
Compensation
- Paid per hour — rate discussed based on experience and skill level
- Opportunity for ongoing freelance work if quality and turnaround are consistently good
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
