Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily outreach to companies via cold calls, emails, Discord, Instagram and X to generate new leads for custom merchandise orders.
2. Identify and target companies sponsoring or participating in upcoming events, conferences, college festivals, and corporate off sites.
3. Convert cold leads into warm connections through consistent follow-ups, personalised pitches, and relationship-building across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram.
4. Research and stay ahead of upcoming events, product launches, and brand activations that could require bulk custom merchandise.
5. Pitch DripFi's end-to-end merchandising solutions to decision-makers including marketing heads, brand managers, and event coordinators.
6. Maintain and update the outreach tracker on a weekly basis with accurate lead status, pipeline progress, and follow-up schedules.
7. Collaborate with the DripFi team to ensure smooth handoff of closed deals and alignment on client requirements and timelines.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Someone who is very good at lead generation and outreaches.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (deal closing
- preferred).
- Existing connections in the Web3 ecosystem - protocols, DAOs, NFT projects,
- exchanges, etc.
- Familiarity with merchandise, branding, or events industry.
- Experience using CRM tools or outreach trackers.
- Good communication skills required
Salary
Upto INR 10K/ Month (Fixed)
Variable: Upto 5% commission on profit of every order
Remote based
Need to have stable internet and laptop
Hours: 3 to 4 hours a day
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
