Role: Project Manager – PLM
Location: Chennai ( Ekkatuthagal)
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 Hours (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – PLM to lead and manage end-to-end PLM implementation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in Teamcenter implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PLM and Teamcenter implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to customers and management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, change management, and issue resolution processes.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and facilitate solution discussions with customers.
- Ensure quality standards, documentation, and project deliverables are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives and professional growth.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and customer opportunity discussions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in PLM/Teamcenter implementations.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial domains will be an added advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
