Interaction with Mfg., Contracts, design, despatch & Marketing for packing and dispatch of Jobs as per mfg schedule / P.O terms / contractual obligations.
2) Commercial knowledge of all domestic as well as Exports Transactions.
3) Clear understanding on documentation & data sharing with relevant departments.
4) Responsible for secondary wooden packing of FG as per job requirements.
5) Proper & safe storage of FG in works and warehouse, maintaining stocks & its statements in system.
6) Responsible for handling periodic audits for FG stocks.
7) Responsible for Transport management, maintaining cost effectiveness of transportation.
8) Loading & despatches in trucks / containers as per order & requirements.
9) Responsible for Transport management like arranging vehicles & timely deliveries of consignments & transporters' bill clearing.
10) Responsible for coordination with concerned to obtain timely dispatch clearance for timely dispatch of goods & provide MIS.
11) Responsible for coordination with accounts & provide information & data required by accounts time to time.
12) Responsible for raising PR, PO and ensure submission of correct transportation bills on a timely basis.
13) Responsible for invoicing of the scheduled jobs on targeted dates as per Terms & conditions.
14) Responsible for achieving sales targets, freight cost control & FG inventory control.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
