About the Role
Neaten India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead franchise expansion across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, conducting business opportunity presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into successful franchise partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Sales & Business Development
- Generate franchise leads through digital campaigns, referrals, business networking, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct initial screening and qualification of franchise prospects.
- Present the Neaten India franchise model, investment structure, operational framework, and growth opportunities.
- Organize and conduct franchise presentations, discovery meetings, and business opportunity discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Drive franchise closures and ensure timely execution of agreements.
Lead Management
- Manage inquiries received through websites, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and provide business guidance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Franchise Conversion & Onboarding
- Guide prospects through the franchise acquisition process.
- Coordinate documentation, EOI submissions, agreement execution, and payment collection.
- Work closely with operations and training teams for seamless onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to operational setup.
Market Research & Territory Expansion
- Identify high-potential cities and territories for franchise development.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Recommend expansion strategies based on market demand and business opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with franchise prospects and partners.
- Address business-related queries and concerns professionally.
- Represent Neaten India at franchise expos, business forums, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–5 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Retail Expansion, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in automotive, service, retail, or franchise industries will be an added advantage.
