Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant who can understand client travel needs and convert inquiries into successful holiday bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences and budget
- Suggest suitable holiday packages, destinations, and experiences
- Explain membership plans / holiday products confidently
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
- Maintain follow-ups with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of domestic & international destinations
- Confidence in handling customer queries
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred
- Experience in travel sales / hospitality / tele-sales is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
