Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Executive to drive sales of Kubota tractors, harvesters, rotavators, and other agricultural implements in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, dealer development, customer acquisition, and conducting field demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for agricultural machinery.
- Develop and manage dealer network.
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and institutional customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Agriculture/Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in tractor, farm equipment, agro-input, or rural sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
