Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Designer with deep expertise in designing and delivering GenAI-powered enterprise solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with No-Code, Low-Code, and Pro-Code delivery models, and designing single- and multi-agent AI systems leveraging diverse LLMs for automation, insights, and intelligent experiences. Hands-on with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A. Experience in other hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud will be considered a strong advantage.
The candidate must also be proficient in leading cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data engineers, and testers, and confident in engaging with business stakeholders and customers to drive AI strategy and solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Architect and design scalable AI/GenAI solutions using Microsoft’s AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and Power Platform.
Build reusable blueprints and accelerators for agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge-grounded workflows, AI-driven automations, and enterprise integrations.
Define API, data, and integration architecture with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Collaboration tools, and Data Platforms).
End-to-End Delivery
Lead full lifecycle delivery: design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor AI solutions.
Utilize No-Code (Power Platform), Low-Code, and Pro-Code (Python, APIs, AI frameworks, Azure services) for implementation.
Ensure robustness through governance, security, model evaluation, AIOps/LLMOps, performance optimization, and token-cost control.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor AI solution developers, data engineers, and testers across delivery engagements.
Work closely with Solution architects, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with objectives.
Customer Engagement & Advisory
Lead technical and business conversations with clients to map requirements and shape AI-led transformation strategies.
Advise on GenAI adoption, AI strategy, use-case prioritization, architecture best practices, responsible AI, governance, and platform roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience, with minimum 3+ years in AI/GenAI Solution Design.
Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI stack:
Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML,
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI/CoPilot Agents)
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API & integration architecture
Deep experience with agentic & LLM orchestration frameworks, including:
LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent frameworks)
Strong experience in designing:
Single- and Multi-Agent Systems
RAG architectures and Knowledge-Grounded AI
Automation agents, decision agents, and multimodal AI
Insight generation & conversational AI solutions
Good understanding of:
LLMOps/AIOps pipelines & monitoring
Token optimization & AI cost governance
Security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
Certifications in Azure AI/Cloud.
Understanding of data engineering and pipelines (Spark, Data Factory, Fabric).
