Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Equity Dealer to execute equity trades on behalf of clients while providing timely market updates and investment support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, and regulatory guidelines, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrading & Order Execution
- Execute buy and sell orders in Equity, Derivatives (F&O), and other exchange-traded products.
- Ensure accurate and timely trade execution on NSE/BSE platforms.
- Monitor live markets and provide real-time trading support to clients.
- Verify client orders and maintain compliance with regulatory norms.
Client Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls related to trading activities.
- Assist clients with trade execution, market queries, and account-related support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Promote trading opportunities and investment products based on client profiles.
Market Monitoring
- Track market movements, sector performance, and economic news.
- Share trading ideas, market insights, and investment opportunities with clients.
- Monitor client portfolios and suggest appropriate trading opportunities where applicable.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Follow SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company compliance guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and client verification before executing trades.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and trading data.
- Report any unusual trading activity or compliance concerns.
Operational Support
- Resolve client trade-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with back-office and operations teams for trade settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and executed trades.
- Assist in achieving revenue and brokerage targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Equity and Stock Markets
- Understanding of NSE, BSE, and Derivatives (F&O)
- Order execution and trade management
- Market analysis and trading concepts
- Client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of trading terminals (ODIN, NEST, NOW, IIFL Trader, etc.)
- Basic understanding of technical and fundamental analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment
