Job Role
- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer support and resolution
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Update customer information accurately in the system
Eligibility
- Minimum HSC/Graduate can apply
- Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
