We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented PPC Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube) campaigns.
- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
- Improve CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score, and ROAS.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
- Coordinate with the SEO, Design, and Web Development teams to improve landing page performance.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with keyword research tools and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
