Job Description – Process Coordinator
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Zirakpur
Salary: Upto ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support daily operations and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update daily data reports and trackers.
· Prepare Excel Sheets and data maintenance using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
· Coordinate with Sales teams for timely data collection and updates.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
· Follow up with concerned departments regarding pending tasks and reports.
· Monitor operational processes and highlight discrepancies.
· Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and process compliance.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
· Understanding of formulas such as:
o VLOOKUP
o HLOOKUP
o Pivot Tables
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Maintain correct data.
Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 6 months to 1 year of experience in MIS, Operations, Process Coordination, Office Coordination or a similar role
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
