Job Description
CB Tech Institute is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student admissions, achieving monthly enrollment targets, and guiding prospective students about our academic programs.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries regarding course offerings, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling techniques.
- Maintain and update records in MS Excel formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and class schedules.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in admission counseling preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
