Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Malad West, Mumbai.
Job Type: Full-time (US Based Shift- 5:30 PM -2:30 AM) (5 Days working)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Post jobs on Naukri, Indeed & LinkedIn.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT both can work)
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US Shift)
- Willingness to work on US hiring (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
