Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans.
- Convert conceptual sketches and ideas into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor junior AutoCAD drafters
- Assign tasks and manage drafting workloads
- Support training on CAD standards and best practices
- Validating completed projects and submission.
