We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
- Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotels, visa services, and travel insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Coordinate with travel partners and stay updated on destinations and travel trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, itinerary planning, and booking processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and convert leads into sales.
