Quick Overview
- Location: Chennai (Work From Office)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in FMCG Sales / Business Development
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and unlock new business opportunities to aggressively expand our brand footprint.
- Network Building: Develop and nurture rock-solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and key field clients.
- Target & Visibility Delivery: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring maximum on-shelf product visibility.
- On-Field Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits and sharp competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
- Operations & Collections: Coordinate smoothly with internal teams to streamline supply logistics and timely collections.
Required Skills & Profile
- Solid experience in core FMCG field sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Deep understanding of the local distribution and retail market dynamics in Chennai.
- Highly self-driven and capable of managing multiple territories independently.
