Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Teaching: Deliver engaging, comprehensive lectures for Class XI and XII Accountancy and Business Studies (Board Level) while simultaneously preparing students for the CUET Domain Subjects required for top-tier university admissions.
- Curriculum Delivery: Cover critical areas across both subjects—including Financial Accounting, Partnership and Company Accounts, Principles of Management, Business Environment, and Corporate Finance. Teach students to excel at both detailed subjective board answers and rapid, logical objective entrance questions.
- Cross-Disciplinary Alignment: Guide and mentor commerce-track students who are targeting diverse, high-potential career paths like Law (CLAT), Management (IPMAT), or Central Universities (CUET), helping them apply business and financial concepts to broad competitive frameworks.
- Assessment & Tracking: Design, conduct, and analyze Bi-Weekly topic tests (Subjective for Boards & MCQ-based for CUET) to benchmark performance and ensure national-level competitiveness.
- Doubt Resolution: Lead dedicated, individual doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students maintain absolute conceptual clarity, building a rock-solid foundation for future professional paths.
- Mentorship: Maintain a disciplined, encouraging classroom environment and mentor students to develop the analytical, case-study solving, and problem-solving mindsets required for modern professional careers.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA, or a Professional Qualification (CA/CS/CMA) is preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute or school handling both Accountancy and Business Studies.
- Skills:
- Deep conceptual clarity of Accounting Standards, management principles, and modern business dynamics.
- Strong command over case-study analysis for Business Studies and numerical workflows for Accountancy.
- Ability to balance the detailed formatting required for Board exams with the speed, logic, and elimination strategies needed for MCQs in competitive tests.
