Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Your role
We are looking for a Electrical and HVAC Technicians to ensuring that all systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure are installed, tested, and commissioned efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems).
- Ensure all equipment and utilities function efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle breakdowns and emergency repairs promptly.
Must have
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in maintenance or engineering department
- Proven experience in Hotel or Healthcare is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
