Job Title: Tele caller
Location: Kochi - Ravipuram

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support customer engagement. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer/ students’ queries
- Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects
- Maintain a database of customer / students’ interactions and update CRM regularly
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer concerns
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
- Always maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Any Degree or +2
- Prior experience in tele calling or sales is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary + Incentives
Work Location: Kochi - Ravipuram
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
