Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure product quality through effective inspection and compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspection of fabricated components and assemblies.
- Interpret and inspect products as per fabrication drawings, customer specifications, and applicable standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Support customer and third-party inspections when required.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Well-versed in the use of inspection instruments, including:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Measuring Tape
- Coating Thickness Gauge (Coat Meter)
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Additional Requirement:
- Must possess their own conveyance and a valid driving license for travel to suppliers, customer sites, or project locations as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
