Position Summary
We are seeking a Medical Officer to join our operations team in Vadodara. This is a non‑clinical role focused on reviewing and verifying large volumes of patient medical records, preparing detailed reports including chronologies, timelines, summaries, and medical opinions for case evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical record analysis and summarization for pre‑ and post‑settlement projects
- Clinical data interpretation using medical terminology and diagnosis
- Preparing reports with timelines, summaries, and case validity opinions
- Adhering to HIPAA compliance and organizational policies
- Daily reporting to team lead on productivity and quality
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Healthcare data analysis and clinical review basics
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe tools
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives under deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Educational Qualification & Experience
- MBBS graduate (no prior experience required)
- BHMS/BAMS graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing within the insurance sector
Additional Skills
- HIPAA compliance awareness
- Critical thinking ability
- Basic understanding of US culture and organizational behavior

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Shift timing: 12 PM – 9 PM IST, Monday to Friday
- Location: Vadodara office
