Job Title: Preschool Teacher Job Summary: We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of young children.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities. - Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. - Support children's learning through play, storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities. - Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain records. - Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development. - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children. - Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff. - Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, or a related field. - Previous experience teaching preschool children is preferred. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children. - Basic computer skills are an advantage.
