Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the automobile workshop operations, ensuring high-quality vehicle service, customer satisfaction, team productivity, and achievement of service revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service workshop operations.
- Manage Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality repairs.
- Handle customer concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Monitor service targets, productivity, and revenue.
- Maintain service process and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- +3 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Strong leadership and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of workshop management and DMS/CRM software.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹13,306.46 - ₹52,289.17 per month
