Job Description:
Multitech System is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate with a solid technical background and excellent communication skills. This role involves contributing to customer satisfaction, handling sales processes, and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Handle orders efficiently to contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
- Technical Understanding and Lead Generation:
- Possess a solid technical background to understand customer requirements.
- Actively contribute to lead generation processes.
- Techno-Commercial Offer Submission and Sales Cycle Management:
- Utilize ERP systems for techno-commercial offer submissions.
- Conduct negotiations with customers, oversee order closing, delivery follow-ups, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle until payment collection.
- Customer Relationship Development:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Contribute to maintaining market share.
- New Customer Acquisition:
- Generate new customers through monthly cold calls to add to the customer base.
- Sales Reporting and Coordination:
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to prepare sales reports, Shodan, and forecasts.
- Maintain and submit business activity records on a weekly basis.
- Marketing Activities:
- Engage in marketing activities, including social media outreach, newsletter blasting, new product announcements, roadshows, and seminar participation.
Qualifications:
- Any degree with a preference for candidates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
