Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for our HR Recruitment & HR Consulting Services.
Identify and close sales opportunities for our IT Services and IT Products.
Promote our Statutory Compliance Services to organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in selling HR services, IT services/products, or corporate solutions is preferred.
Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
