Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management Executive with 2–4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Catalog Management and Healthcare Data Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of generic medicines, branded medicines, drug compositions, dosage forms, therapeutic categories, and pharmaceutical terminology. The role involves researching new generic medicines, maintaining product catalogs, validating medicine data, and ensuring accurate mapping of pharmaceutical products while maintaining high data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain pharmaceutical product catalog data in internal systems.
- Research newly launched generic medicines and pharmaceutical products using authentic and reliable sources.
- Perform generic-to-brand and brand-to-generic mapping with high accuracy.
- Validate medicine information, including: Generic Name / Brand Name/ Active Ingredients/Composition/ Strength/ Dosage Form/ Pack Size/ Manufacturer /Therapeutic Category
- Maintain accurate substitute (alternative) medicine mapping based on composition and strength.
- Review and update product attributes as per business guidelines and quality standards.
- Validate and maintain pharmaceutical master data while ensuring data consistency and completeness.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve catalog discrepancies through detailed data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory references wherever applicable.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve catalog-related queries within defined SLAs.
- Generate operational reports and support continuous process improvements.
- Maintain high productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Pharma Catalog Management, Healthcare Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), or Healthcare Operations.
- Strong knowledge of: Generic Medicines/ Branded Medicines / Drug Composition / Molecule Mapping / Therapeutic Categories / Dosage Forms / Drug Strengths / Pharmaceutical Terminology
- Ability to research newly launched generic medicines and identify equivalent products.
- Understanding of substitute medicine mapping and composition-based validation.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical databases and regulatory references such as **CDSCO**, **NLEM**, and other approved drug information sources is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, IF Functions, Data Validation).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / Life Sciences / Biotechnology or an equivalent healthcare-related qualification.
- Experience in e-Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Catalog Operations, Healthcare Master Data Management, or Product Information Management (PIM) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
